Photobrick provides personalised photo mosaic kits and related products created from photographs and other content supplied by customers.

However, personalised Photobrick products are created individually from customer-supplied photographs and may vary depending on factors including:

• cropping;
• selected product size;
• available brick colours;
• screen and display settings; and
• the level of detail that can reasonably be reproduced using a brick-based mosaic.

Digital previews are intended to provide an approximate representation of the finished design.

Minor differences between colours displayed on a screen and the physical product may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

5. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PHOTOGRAPHS AND CONTENT

Customers may upload or otherwise provide photographs, artwork, logos and other content for the purpose of creating personalised Photobrick products.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary ownership, permission or other lawful authority to provide and use such content.

By providing content to Photobrick, the customer grants us the limited rights reasonably necessary to process the image, create a design and preview, manufacture and fulfil the order, and provide related customer support.

Customer-supplied photographs remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Providing an image for an order does not, by itself, authorise Photobrick to publicly use that image for advertising or marketing.
